We are incredibly proud of our achievement and believe it is recognition of many years of work from a great team.  We are constantly taking on board the feedback we get from customers, some of it has inspired us to do make hundreds of small changes for the benefit of future guests and some of it we disagree with because the feedback is not consistent with our goals to protect the cultural value of Vacy Hall for future generations.  But no matter what the feedback, I want you to know we listen, we try to understand and if it is constructive, affordable and in line with our commitment to protecting Vacy Hall then we take it on.
