Light and fluffy with spinach, and melted feta cheese, served on toasted sourdough, garnished with toasted pine nuts and fresh chives. V
Graham’s slow cooked savoury beef mince
With red wine, Canellini beans and eggplant, lightly-spiced with harissa and topped with an oven-baked egg. Served with soughdough soldiers. No dairy.
The Full Monty
Two soft- fried farm fresh eggs served with a rasher of hickory smoked darling downs bacon, a pork, fennel seed and sage sausage, & oven roasted tomato. GF
Two lightly poached eggs served with a thin slice of local organic leg ham, cured by our butcher, on top of a toasted split English muffin and covered with a rich homemade hollandaise sauce.
All dishes can be served Gluten Free if required.
