At Vacy Hall we hold lost property at reception for collection for 3 months. If you haven’t collected it by that time, we will donate anything left behind to Lifeline.
We are also willing to return any lost property to you. A $15 charge covers the direct staff costs to take your item/s to the post office plus the cost of any postage and packaging costs. We only make a weekly trip to post office. These charges will be processed on your credit card once they are known and a copy of the invoice will be emailed to you.
